So - it is now officially here, since the clock has since struck the hour of midnight on Sunday-turning-to-Monday.
Finals Week. Whoop-de-doo.
Two tests this morning, and one at 8:00 am. Ouch. The other is at 12:30, for the Japanese/Chinese traditional theatre class, and I am current;y writing here as a break from writing pre-prepared essays for that. Presentations for our Geomicrobio term papers are Tuesday, so all I have to do for that is prep a presentation and hope I don't stutter my way into incoherency this time. And that's all for my "actual" in-class testing! Luckily enough, I have two take-home tests (though they are both for 400-level classes and therefore difficult as all hell anyways) due Wednesday and Thursday mornings and I have one nearly halfway done. The goal is to get them both finished by Tuesday evening, so I can turn them in, be done with it, and pick up more work shifts. Boring as they may be (it's like Friday slowtime, but on sedatives), it's still work, and work means pay, which means I can actually afford Christmas gifts for my family, best friend, and boyfriend. Oh, and food. And bills. Augh. *headdesk*
And I still need to finish my entry for usxuk's Secret Santa. And when I get home I need to work on the MUSKET. And I need to lose something like ten pounds before the end of January. Damn you life, how am I supposed to keep up with all this?!
